Your media

The hosted service uploads your video or GIF to our processing server in Nanjing, mainland China. Do not submit files you are not authorized to share with this service. Files are used to generate your requested GIF and are not intentionally published in a public gallery. Each browser can access its own results using its browser cookie.

Uploaded media and generated results expire after approximately one hour. The cleanup runs periodically; active conversions may take longer. A browser preview can remain cached locally after server deletion. Download results before they expire. The locally run version processes files on your own computer and retains its output files until you remove them.

Browser identity and activation

We use an essential signed, HTTP-only cookie to remember this browser and apply activation and free-use limits. It does not reliably identify a physical device. Clearing cookies can require seller-assisted transfer of an activation. Keep your activation key private.

Usage and operational records

The service stores activation-key hashes, browser identifiers, and daily quota records. Network addresses are hashed with a server secret for quota checks. Daily usage records are removed after 90 days; activation records are kept while the entitlement is maintained. Web-server logs can contain IP addresses, request times and paths for operation and security. Media contents are not intentionally written to application logs.

Payments and support

Online checkout is not enabled in this release. Keys are issued by the seller after payment is independently verified. Any future payment provider will have its own privacy terms. Contact the seller using the contact information in your order or receipt for transfers, revocation, or data requests.
